I know a few people in Nashville and its a tight ship. You do the work right or you will be sent packing or backcharged to death. They have 3 or 4 contractors on the installation side and C-COR doing undg and a bit of the maint. The rates are horrible but if you want to work for one then helm would be it. Helm outfit is an honest one. CTIS was strong a few years ago but I think their management fell asleep at the wheel. I cant think of the other two companies but I havent heard anything bad about them except their rates. Nashville is a tough sell because one mistake no matter how little they hit you for the whole job or some ridiculous amount (which ever is greater = the amount backcharged).. From my techs talking it was the best large system maintained. Levels were right on and there wasnt that Atlanta BS of it cant be repaired was never whispered.
