refused one of these today. it was just a tc, but the person in the office that the owner told me to talk to turned around just long enough to tell me to get out of the office and come back in an hour before i'd even introduced myself. honestly i'd done the job (replace the vandalized receivers........let dish sort out the charges involved in that one), but i don't take sh!t from customers in that manner (i could've been the damn health inspector for all they knew) so i called the owner and told him that this was a fraudulent commercial account and then had my dispatch notate it as such. i'm hoping the property gets one hell of a bill for 3 years of america's everything at a public (it was a clubhouse in a gated apt complex) rate. does that make me a bad guy?
