Personally i like mine (Rare)! Throw 'em on the coals, make 'em scream, flip 'em over and make 'em scream some more then throw 'em on the plate still screamin'! That way , when you cut 'em open , they still bleed! We are talkin' "Prime" Rib aren't we?!!!! Ha! Later, Mike M.
