retainage is bull, the primes put it in the bank and make money.maybe id they spent some time investigating the people they hire they would come out better.All primes are going to rob your one way or another.Oh I'm sorry I meant 99.9% of primes.(MIDDLEMAN).And if you don't like it go make your own money and install some cable.I like my prime well done.(BURNT)
