he said "ON the shingles" that blows my mind and sounds like discouraging dish installs of any kind. my shop freaks on roof mounts even if it's los and/or customer request with signatures and initials 5 times about the risks and the fact that we won't be held liable. of course they freak if you don't do the job too. go figure.
