apartment complex work?

My question is this, what is involved in getting a fairly larger apartment complex, about 30 buildings with 10 to 15 units per building, to sign a contract with direct tv. I was wondering how you would go about doing it so that everything was run off of one or two main dishes. the beifit for them would be everyone would be able to have it. not only the people facing sw. they would be able to buy the boxes and then charge an additional fee to the tenant, right? whould it be better to have a headend. i thought it would be better for the office to be able just to just give them the boxes, and tell them to hook it up to the wall. i would want to be the person to run all the lines and set everything up. their are alot of complexes where i live so this would be a good oppertunity. thanks for any and all advice?
