Thank you for the reply and whatever our differences, you were a true professional for us. You earned every nickel you made and my "support" comment was meant to reflect keeping the money in the family, so to speak. We hired this"hack" to cover an area most remote from our shop but close to his home to help the rest of the crew not to have and drive that distance. He is consistent and getting better. We hired him with the understanding he would replace his truck by year end. I am sorry you did not see the whole picture but I did explain this to you before you left. I do wish you the best of luck and just wanted to close this out with follow through by you. Please call me tomorrow so we can close this out. We can give you complete backup of everything financially if it helps. My intention here was to ask for advice as I have never written a bad thing about anyone and did not know which direction to go due to your lack of communication. Thank you for the response.
