1st off, if you have to split the proffit of custm work, then they should split the cost of material.

2nd, If you are an employee why are you buying material to do their jobs? Let me guess, your buying material from them right?
Or are you a contract employee?

3rd, not to sound like an ARSE, but, if you are realy asking these questions, then you are probably in the wrong business.
