In my opinion you should be getting all the money for the simple reason that it is your material and labor. You have to be wise and not do anything to cause you to get kicked out. If there is a way that you can get the checks made out to you without a problem go for it . Another thing is to have the customer report it to the IRS as expenses so the company would have to pay Taxes on it . I bet if they have to pay taxes on it they would think twice about what they are doing to you. PS: If all the money is coming to you don't tell the customer to report it to the IRS....LOL......... Just my input wish you all the best.
