I did the same thing myself......2 RG-11 drops.....50 feet away!
One for video, one for HSD.
When I had trouble, I could troubleshoot it back to the LE. But try and tell some CSR that and you get attitude.
So far, 18 months with Dish and only one problem with the Modem.....and that was AT&T!
Hopefully, one day, the MSO will come to their senses......
(Wait....wake up.....you're snoozing at the 'puter again!!!!)
