that is sad but true..........when i get trouble calls doing dish, i get all the csr notes attached..........i can't tell you how often we get the jobs where the sub bounced the check, got discoed, bounced more checks (still under contract) finally made payment via money order (as they are now required to do) and call that day insisting on a truck roll, get there and nothing is wrong, but they will run you ALL over the house bitching about this and that.........my rule of thumb is to lie, then pretend to change the lnb and then lie some more. being very nice and getting out quickly. bastards.
