You if are receiving a stable paycheck that you are happy with and don't hate your job, I would stay where you are. Just scroll through some more posts and listen to people complain about not getting paid on time or never getting paid at all after driving across the country on a promise. If you are able to go to your house every night and you know that the next morning you will have work, I wouldn't mess with that.
