if the hacks weren't allowed to work in the first place, a LOT of experienced people would still be working...it isn't so much a question of education as it is a question of training from the contractor that is placing these hacks on the street...Oldschoolgal Knows who I am and what I could do...I lost a couple good friends over what I did at a certain company, But I tried to warn people. If companies would invest a little more time in training these hacks instead of worrying about being swammped and putting more money in their pocketbooks, then this field would be a much better place. I would love to come back to this field, but I just can't afford it now, I used to pull in almost 2k/wk when I first started in this field way back 11 years ago. you would be lucky to see 2k/month now thanks to the contractors not training and NOT DOING QC'S!
