Your Dish Network rcvrs you should be telling customers to turn them off at night to get their downloads. Have you ever heard of a customer complaining about having to wait to get the guide info... it's because they are not turning them off at night... For Dish Network to take any downloads the rcvr must be in standby mode... to us common people that means turned off...
For DTV you can tell the customer to leave them on...
