Magnavox Amp FYI, I have some thing to add about Mag amps, inside to SS assembly there is a small plate which the pin of the fitting lays on and the SS tightens down on, take a housing, remove the assembly (# 15 star driver and you'll see the plate) now what happens in the course before installation they get roughed up a bit, warehouse man tips over a pallet, the splicer throwing them into his truck and so on. Now what happens is the plate moves and if dropped right will ground into the housing causing a short, but what's worse is when it comes just a hair from touching the housing, and in extreme weather conditions this will cause intermittent problems i.e: shorts, CPD, freq fluxuation and so on, if you ever run into this, as stated, pull the mod, remove the SS assembly and straighten the plate back out.
