Magnavox LE

Have a problem with a Maggie LE. Every time we tighten the lid down, the video goes south on us, alot of distortion, levels are ok. This is an aerial location. We have changed the lid and swapped out the whole location, LE, housing, mod and connectors. Still no luck. Any suggestions out there will be appreciated. Thanks
