ok man the person was asking what he should run for hi-def. How is it going to take him any longer to run 6 solid then clad or 59? These are my companys rules and standards. The customer is indeed getting a free install but the service call is not. My comp. charges the techs back if the have a repeat service with in 60 days. That equals out to $20 is it worth is to save $5 on clad? If the job is not up to standards then someone has to go back out there to fix it. we take the money away from the failing tech and give it to a guy that will do it right. Any other comments reply
