You are only half the problem. As the DTV rig gets more complex the money offered has been dropping. I have heard of rates as low as forty dollars for a first receiver and ten for each additional receiver. So your plan is to cut that in half?
The other half the problem is the CSR folks who think nothing of booking four installations into an AM schedule for one tech. Even if the jobs are next door to each other two or three of those jobs will be late. How about taking the other half off the jobs that are late?
Cool it. The installation is free to the cx.
