A Laptop will not set up the customers PC for HSI. It just lets you make sure you have Silver File. Also it doesn't do any good for getting a dial tone either, if its a migrated number or a screwed up work order. Only talking to NSA will solve them issues. And sometimes it takes a very long time to do that since they have to go to their Tech support to find whatever issues. Vista sucks....Beer doesn't.....
