Yes, keep in mind that bonding and grounding are separate entities. Grounding a device does not eliminate the requirement to bond to the common electrode of a dwelling. If you were to establish an effective ground for the Dish Installation by driving in a separate groud rod, without bonding, you could in fact be adding gasoline to the fire.

In reference to jprh's point sheet. If he has an electronic copy of the sheet. I'm certain I could make that criteria work for him in the manor that meets his requirments..
