Usually in a head end situation ... we send out in a DCII format .. an NTSC signal in a qam modulation.
An ATSC tuner will only read 2-13 VHF and 14-69 UHF.
Our digitals are on VHF frequencies (609 MHz) ... in a QAM format .. therefore a ATSC tuner can not read it ...
