You can also get burnt working the fry station , but I believe that is part of the JOB DESCRIPTION....an attic crawl is a made up custom charge, bottom line...a basic install means you go under a house, in cable, in satellite and even telephone...Evidently you need to look up the definition of your job.....If you choose to charge for bs like that you will not last in this business.
