BTW, the main reason most CATV techs dont make this amount is because their wages are dictated and not negotiated. Thats the BIG difference. Other things like, no subleting of work, helps also. But the fact that some workers actually are able to do REAL negotiating is the key to fair wages.

Some will make the argument that these rates are too high. They willl point to the wages most CATV techs receive and say those are fair wages.

IMO, hours of baragining and negotiating are more likely to result in fair wages. Not when they are dictated by one side. Just my opinion.
