P.S. ---- Do I think a union is a cure all? No.
But does it give you a better chance of negotiating better benefits rather than you guys doing it individually? yes.
And your lively hood and anything else can change for the better it's just how much effort your willing to put into it.
About 2 million boycotting illegal immigrants who walked out last year to protest proved that!!!
