Frack It,
Reading your on-line site profile you work for a company that "Pays Big Bucks". Also if I am not mistaken (reading your previous posts) you are represented by a labor organization.
Have seen a ton of posts about forming a union or a co-op. Being that you already work for in an organized work environment as a installation contractor can you share the benefit's being part of a organized labor group.
Interested in:
Does the company you work for the business entity operator or a sub contractor?
What type of tasks do you preform?
How are you compensated?
What benefits do you receive and the cost?
What are the organized labor dues you pay weekly?
How has your delegation for representation (on your behalf with your employer) to the organized labor group benefited you?
I truly respect you position and opinion concerning organized labor representation. However this topic seems to "pop-up" every few months and gets a lot of attention and gets everyone in a frenzy.
Just looking for some guarantees with the benefits of organization of the industry.
