I too agree and disagree with oldschoolgal, because for one I have an education yet can't seem to find a decent job... Two my husband is an old school dawg and will never quit this line of work plus I too have been in the field and hung my share of cable for 5 years rebuild and installer, yet I don't understand how all these people will be able to go back to school if they so choose. Who will lash, hang drops, trench in and install for all the Companies?? It surely won't be anyone who has a piece of paper from any university or College with a suit on..... I would LOVE to see just 1 day all the managers and CEO's of these fat Companies out in the field for just a day to help these dawgs do their work. Make it the hottest day in August when it is 110 in the shade and we are baking in the noon day sun or they are sweating their asses off and half to go into a 150 degree attic for a wallfish.. I would guarantee these would be great changes the next day
