Re: in - house contractor

To the best of my knowledge workers comp rates are a percentage based on what you do i.e. a clerical rate is mucho less than a pole climbers rate and for obvious reasons. There have been many abberations to the way it actually works versus what you could get away with. The only real answers can come from those that have actually filed a claim under each circumstance. I'd like to hear from those folks!
