sounds to me like you are being used as a sub, but if they are using their gli to cover you and charging you a percentage to use it, that should disqualify you as a sub, also you should cover your own as* and verify that their gli covers subs. Most have clauses that don't cover subs... I always wondered how dish / direct got away with that, i'm sure you are not the only one in this situation
