Re: Has anyone though of a Co-op?

When a large number of people get out of the business and there is a shortage of skilled labor the prices will go back up, this business is cyclical, the upgrades start, there is a vacuum of qualified people and the pay is great so everybody and their mother gets into the trade, then the jobs start coming to completion and all these people start to scramble for the jobs that are left causing the prices to drop, then they start whining about it for a few years until they move on to other lines of work, when enough are gone it starts all over again. Guess what guys, it's time to move on or deal with it, but whining just annoys everyone.
