BOA is doing what every other Big Cooperation is doing making money off the illegals. When these folks work and get paid they send back most of their money to their family, so with BOA to the rescue they can now send almost all the money back home and keep just enough to pay the minimum balance and survive till the next pay still using the card to buy stuff to send back home. While this is being done BOA is making a killing on high interest rates and screwing folks who can pay off the full balance when the bill is due ........ Reason Why? They cannot make enough profit off of us ......PS I also closed my BOA account
