You hit the nail on the head lmstr.

What they actually figure is "well we got cheap labor trained to do the job, why not a PM, we'll train him and he'll be our lap dog".

I am about sick of this mentality man. I am sick of watching good experienced techs and line dawgs leave our industry because these greedy primes can't pull their heads out of the butts long enough to know that what they are doing is eventually going to affect them in the future.
I am not saying all MSO's but we ALL know which ones condone this sort of business practice.
Now it may be a rant but DAMN IT MAN, what is it gonna take for us to actualy stop this crap?
