To truly understand your perspective and have an effective dialogue all of the pertinent facts must be put on the table. I have a few of questions Reality Check regarding those top two producers whom you cited qc and tc %'s.

Are both of those techs working solo?
How many hours did they work last year?
How many days did they work last year?
What many jobs were they issued last year?
How many jobs did they complete last year?
How many jobs were phone?
How many jobs were hsd?
How many jobs were core?
How many jobs were maintenace repair?
How many jobs were 'pick up jobs' versus routed jobs?
What is their total number of outlets billed?
Activated outlets?
What is their total number of new drops billed?
Drops reconnected?
What day(s) of the week do they take off from work?

I am not questioning your perspective on $70k, tc, or qc percentages your mentioned, but I would like to clarify exactly what defines a top producer.
