Delaware!!! Just keep a lot of c-notes in your wallet to pay off the boys in blue cause they will pull you over any time, any where, especially with out of state plates. Since the speed limit changes about every 500 yards in Delaware, with no forewarning, they have plenty of opportunity. They must have more cops per capita then any where else in the country. Oh, and don't drive in Delaware after 9:00 PM on week days. I'm pretty sure it's a crime.
