You ever thought of getting a motel in Delaware, there is no sales tax and the rooms down there are much cheaper than in Philadelphia. Claymont, Delaware is only 15 miles from Philly, or better yet rent a apartment. Rental apartment fully furnished would probably run you about $700 per month.
