No I did my home work, received the meters and then ok'ed payment, the last meter I got had the SN scratched off and that was the end of that transaction, (how dumb can you get, every meter has the SN programed inside),,, I know all about frozen pipes bro, heat wrap. keep the water running @-10, and if you live in a trailer, your dryer is located over your pressure tank right? What you do is cut a hole through the floor under your dryer, and the liner, when it gets cold, or your pipes freeze up, take the exast from the dryer, stick it down through the hole and crank the dryer, your pipes will thaw in minutes, this also goes for cold basements, hey bro I'll shout at you tomorrow.
