Problem of being the contractor is this; You're there for an a/o, no ground, bad drop, etc. on arrival. Go ahead and call out the in house tech. In house wins that pissing contest ALWAYS, regardless of your track record/QCs/etc.. They are called out, you get QCd until the missing grommet is found on 1 job and bye bye.... Real world for the contractor. But the money is still GREAT!
