I am not talking about everyone standing up, i am only talking about an individual people working for less. Allot of companies will pay each tech a little different if they ask in the beginning. I have got more pay than other people by just stating my case and doing good work. I make more money at most companies because i ask for more percentage and i hump it while im working and do good work that is all anyone has to do to not get paid less. You must also read the fine print. Many jobs have tryed to charge me back and unlike most techs that just take it, i request the proof, Many of the jobs i never stepped a foot on, I RS the job and the prime did not do proper research. I have done sep. trip A\O and they tried to charge back for the first installer that screwed the install up. There again improper research by prime. This happens all the time techs just need to stop taking it in the A$$.
