If you are a contractor and that is what you do then stop falling for a bull sh1t employee companies. If you go to an interview and they start talking about employee anything then run or at least read your whole contract and mark out the bull sh1t and tell them you are only looking to be a contractor. Dont take the job because your that desperate for work. Many companies have crap in there contract that you dont read that screws you. If you make any changes on a contract then make a copy. If you are an employee you should not be filling out one anyway just a job ap. Here in texas the last i checked a employee cannot be charged a back charge without your permission. And as a contractor you should be getting at least 50 percent of pay. Either way you go with it if you are a good tech and have valid ref. then a company will most likely pay more if they know you want take there crap pay just to get you. If we can stop getting desperate techs taking crappy pay then maybe pay will go up all around. The pay sheet for the prime has not changed much since i have been here but the tech pay has changed allot. If a company is only offering 35% or around there they will screw you in the end, because they dont care about you.
