it doesn't matter if u get paid hourly or piece rate. It depends on your work ethic. I have seen piece rate work that looks like crap and I have seen hourly work that looks like crap. I am currently paid hourly but have spent my time getting paid piece rate and my work looks the same either way. If you take pride in your work then it doesn't matter how you are getting paid.
