I like what you have to say, but you summary that as more people leave you look better is ridiculous. As one half ass trained idiot leaves they bring in some idiot straight from your local McDonald's or Shell station. 80% of the new guys don't have any experience at all, and they hire in to make the quick money and make the rest of us look like jack asses too.
