Yes that is the way it is always has been its not gonna stop I wrote a lot of post last yr as did you and few very few people got involved . I saw something last year that is now making sens e Its called # 's. I don't care if its comcast charter dtv or dish when it coms to the little guy get the job installed right or wrong we'll fix it later . I spoke with many hsp's and there object was the same let the afs guy get it up and we'll bring it up to spec if need be Cx has no Idea what 's going on . Cable has gotten worse The truth has made this industry stand offish and the complications of technology is only complicating things so writing letters and so on wont help .
now if you don't get paid that is another story and I have a web site that if it happens to you and you are in another state it becomes a federal matter .
