If so, then I guess comcast is responsible for the nonpays that primes pull?

Now I'm not a rocket scientist.... but, I think the reason they don't do anything to stop the sh8 that some of these primes pull is, THEY CAN'T. unless the prime breached the agreement they have with comcast.
What it comes down to is GREED bro. What is it that seperates some primes from others? GREED or the amount there of. The axe to grind for BIG BUSINESS is just misdirected bro. The question is, To what amount of greed will we put up with.
I mean realy, if you know the sub or prime is getting XYZ and you are only getting X why work for them?
