I appreciate your frustration and your desire to do something about it...legally.
Some friendly advice.
Compose your letter very carefully using facts only. Get a couple of people to proof read it for you.
Then take the time to research specific individuals you want to send it to. Each MSO has a detailed web site and some list top management. California's contractors license board has an online search where anyone can pull up the owner or RME by name & address. Since it is a matter of public record most states probably offer the same access.
Ask CableSpy to fill in the blanks for you.
OSHA will act on tips IF they appear creditable.
