I beg to differ. Not even 10 years ago both industries catv, and telecom. Both contracts were obtained not by the knowledge and experience you brought forth. But what you were going to KICK BACK. I can speak truth and facts. Big Wigs were being bought off, with items from for their children to motorcycles. So lets not go there. It didn't mean squat if you had a fleet of vehicles and equipment, along w/ reputable personnel. In todays market it still goes on, only it's more quite and subtle.
