This string of emails about primes who don't pay according to the terms in the agreement should be held financially accountable.
Mis-leading anyone is not fair, especially if it puts them personally in financial ruins.
I am a prime contractor who pays my resources on time every week regardless if I received payment.

.Just a question about having some of the integrity you are looking for from the primes, not passing any judgment, however reading your vacation plan you developed, are you part of the problem with this industry?
