I agree when a MSO takes a prime they should be bonded. And it should be stated in the contract that if its 2 weeks out etc. that way they can be held liable. I've been burnt also by these fly by night contractors who promised 2 weeks and it turns into 8 &9 weeks. Same crap "I HAVEN'T BEEN PAID" . Well he*l I might as well be the prime if I'm gonna wait that long. To many BOZO companies out there getting awarded contracts. Maybe its our fault for going to work for them?
