As far as I am concerned Haiti has no government. The society is based on survival. The government does absolutely nothing for the people. Not even the puppet Aristide that was reinstalled by America. He is as crooked as Raoul Cedras. The only thing that the government does is kill the people who try to make things better. They have to also live with warlords, violent politics and criminals. If you speak against the government the secret police will kill you. The ones that Aristide cannot supposedly control.The people eat cats to survive. Haitians that come to America are almost always sent back. They are more persecuted and impoverished than Cubans but their dictator did not get in bed with the Russians. They work hard as hell to learn English obtain citizenship and make America their home.
