The problem with Mexico is that it is full of Mexicans. There's a reason why a nation like Iceland can have a 99% literacy rate, most people speak 4 different languages, their economy is growing quite well, and that nation doesn't have much. They live on an island in the North Atlantic with most of the island being unusable and there isn't much land space for farming, neither a season suited for growing crops, etc. Yet they are a successful nation.
Places like Haiti, Mexico, Guatemala, et al., all have rich, lush tropical climates, long growing seasons, yet have some of the poorest people in the Western Hemisphere. Low literacy rates, hunger, etc. all abound.
So why is it that Iceland can be so successful in a harsh climate but these nations in a great climate can't?
I know why, and it's a pill that most of society rejects because they are deluded by teachings that I consider Communist at heart.
