Local MSOs don't always hire experienced guys in their area....sometimes it's not what ya know but who ya know, at least from our experiences. Accountability tho, is important - you can't let something go on so long that it becomes monumental enough to cause you to lose your personal belongings, etc....rule of thumb, first time pay isn't there, should be the last. Talk is cheap - like the Jerry McGuire movie - "SHOW ME THE MONEY." Good luck, lashdawg. Keep on pushing to get what you're owed.
