Re: Contractor Woes

JG,
I get your drift. Sometimes bad things happen. There is no debtors prison here and bankruptcy happens.

What I see is a corporate plan that involves misrepresenting a business proposition over and over again.

If you owned a large factory and hired a national company to put in a new AC system there would be a bidding process and the successful bidder would put a lien on the building before work would begin. You would inspect performance and pay on completion or the building could be sold to pay for the contracted work.

How is that different from the "satellite installation industry"?

Time for DTV to step up to the plate and take a swing. They insisted on the SBCA number for techs.......so the tech signs off that he is paid and then the cash flows..............or what...........hire......train.......route for awhile........steal the money..........hire..........train.........route for awhile.........steal the money.

A definition of insanity is repeating an action and expecting a different result.
I'm out.
